During each maintenance visit, our certified technician performs comprehensive checks following manufacturer recommendations. These include inspecting and replacing air filters, lubricating moving parts, testing electrical connections and motors, and verifying thermostat operation.

The technician also inspects cooling coils, flushes drains, cleans condenser coils, verifies proper refrigerant charge, tests blower components and safety controls, checks temperature rise, and inspects heat exchangers and burners. For heating systems, we monitor flue draft for safe operation and check ignition components. For air conditioning, we inspect inside cooling coils and drain systems.

Not all checks apply to every system-our technician performs procedures based on your specific equipment and manufacturer guidelines. This thorough approach helps prevent expensive repairs and keeps your system at peak efficiency.
