Bud's welcomes AI agents and assistants-including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP clients-to read business data, hours, services, and service area without any credential or sign-up. All read access is open and anonymous over HTTPS. If you're a partner or dispatch system needing to submit service requests on behalf of customers, Bud's uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 with the client_credentials grant. Your client credentials are provisioned out-of-band by Bud's; once you have them, exchange them for a short-lived token and include it when submitting qualified leads. No payment, card, or signature ever passes through the agent interface-Bud's CRM receives the lead for human follow-up.
